Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely!  The website where you enter your credit card information has an “https” address, meaning that your personal information is being transmitted securely.  Your credit card information is collected using secure socket layer (SSL) protocol.  SSL encrypts your information, including your credit card number, name and address. 
 
What payment methods do you accept?
RockStock accepts Visa and MasterCard.
 
Do I need to register?
Every time you buy a product online, it is required that you enter your email address, your shipping address, and your billing address.  RockStock offers the registration process to our customers so that you never have to enter this information again.
 
Can I return a product for a refund or exchange?
We will accept any merchandise that has not been worn or washed for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Opened CD’s and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged; all sales are final. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by you. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will pay for return shipping. When returning merchandise we recommend using a traceable ship method. We will not issue refunds for merchandise that has been lost in the mail. Do I have to pay sales tax?
RockStock is a registered Limited Liability Corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Therefore, only Virginia residents have to pay sales tax.  The Commonwealth of Virginia has a sales tax of 5%.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time for your product is at your discretion.  RockStock uses the United States Postal Service for all shipping.  You can choose from the shipping services we offer.  We offer Priority Mail (2-3 days), Parcel Post (Ground shipping with an estimated delivery time of up to 7-10 days), and First Class Mail for most single items only.  All lighters are shipped using Hazardous Mail.  Hazardous Mail does not cost extra, but your lighter will be shipped separately.
 
What is your privacy policy?
RockStock understands your need for privacy.  In order to fulfill your purchase, we collect your name, address and credit card information.  All information is collected using a secure server with SSL encryption.  We only use your personal information to process your order, or to communicate with you if there is a question about your order.  RockStock does not share your personal information, including your email address with anyone or any company. 
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer changes to an order once your order has been placed.
